Who we are

Ali Equipments is a used construction & mining equipment marketplace operated from Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India. We act as the facilitating party in every deal: we list machines (our own and sellers'), verify information to a reasonable extent, handle buyer contact, and support inspection, negotiation, documentation and logistics.

Listings & accuracy

• Listing details (year, hours, condition, specifications) are based on seller declarations and our review. We verify what we reasonably can, but machines are used equipment — actual condition can differ.
• Inspection reports published on listings reflect our team's observations on the inspection date only. They are honest opinions, not a guarantee or warranty of future performance.
• Photos and videos show the machine at the time they were taken.

Buying

• All machines are sold on an "as-is, where-is, subject to inspection" basis. We strongly encourage physical inspection before payment — we will arrange it.
• The displayed price is the asking price. Final price, taxes, transport, RC transfer and other charges are confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp) before the deal closes.
• A deal is final only when payment terms agreed with Ali Equipments are completed. Token/advance and refund terms are agreed per deal in writing.

Selling

• By listing a machine you confirm you own it or are authorised to sell it, that documents are genuine, and that the details you provide are true.
• Your quote price cannot be changed after submission. The public display price includes Ali Equipments' service margin — this margin is our fee for marketing, buyer handling and deal support.
• We may edit listing presentation, reject or remove any listing, and reclaim Equipment IDs at our discretion.
• All buyer contact goes through Ali Equipments. Attempting to bypass the platform to avoid our margin, after a buyer was introduced through us, is a breach of these terms.

Rent & lease

Rental and lease terms (duration, rates, operator, fuel, transport, damage responsibility and deposits) are agreed per contract before handover. Listed rates are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Your account

• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Numbers are verified by OTP.
• Do not post false listings, others' machines without authority, spam, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Services desk

RC transfer, NOC, transport, insurance-assistance and inspection services are performed on a best-effort basis with government/third-party dependencies. Charges are quoted upfront; statutory fees and timelines of authorities are outside our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Equipments' total liability in relation to any deal is limited to the service margin/fees we actually received on that deal. We are not liable for indirect losses (downtime, lost profits) or for machine performance after handover.

Content & IP

The website, its design, text, Equipment ID system and branding belong to Ali Equipments. Listing photos remain the seller's; by uploading, sellers permit us to use them for marketing the machine.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandrapur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. The effective date above shows the current version.
